I mean, the National Enquirer is, once in a while, good for breaking news.....and not everything that they publish (oddly enough) is bullshit...
Hillary Clinton repeatedly used unsecured phones to contact four of her lesbian lovers
I dunno, she has demonstrated an odd (but repeated) overwhelming lack of understanding of technology and security.
So maybe it is true.
She already had most of the gay vote, so it won't matter there, but it might kill her with the more conservative of the Democrats.....
But the thing is, if she is that foolish and sloppy with her security do we really want her as president?
I am the extremist your Government warned you about.... Remember: "There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch".....But you can help when you buy your AMAZON purchases through my links at no cost to you.

Just a thank you
Sadly, those who I am thanking can't read my words.
But the thanks are there, in both words and in my heart.
Y'all ain't forgotten, at least not by me.
Thanks.

If Barry O had a son.....
He'd probably do something like this:
Man Runs Over 160 Memorial Day Crosses At Henderson, KY Park…
Man Runs Over 160 Memorial Day Crosses At Henderson, KY Park…
If ever there was a good reason for a lynching....(oh, Was that insensitive of me? Too fucking bad.)
Interesting.
And it is true:
Class act, these folks. You won't be able to see it today (Sunday) because they are closed....they walk the talk.
But check it out Monday.
Take a minute
And remember what this "holiday" is all about.
While you are working on your yard, or relaxing by the pool, or barbecuing at the lake or whatever you do on Memorial Day, remember WHY you have the freedom to do so....And what this holiday is really for.
Raise a glass, say a prayer, maybe just a silent "Thank You" to those we are memorializing. But remember....It isn't just a three day weekend.
Now go enjoy your hot dogs.

Little people go to jail
Unlike Hillary Clinton, this person's mishandling of classified data (the only crime he committed, except for the attempted coverup when he learned he was under investigation) is going to lead him to jail time.
Lets look at the parallels here:
1. possession of classified data.
2. Improper storage of said data.
3. Deleting files and evidence that the data existed when investigated.
4. Lying to investigators.
Sub sailor's photo case draws comparisons to Clinton emails.
If we really had "equal protection under the law" either he'd go free or she'd be in jail.

Odd:
I thought Barnhardt was finally going to stop posting her hate filled slimy drivel...Because she no longer loved the country or something like that.
Yet I see her in other blogrolls with new posts.
Bummer.

Well, that was interesting.....
So last year, I bought this new Subaru. In order to get the options I wanted, I had to buy a package that came with a sunroof.
I never had a sunroof in a car before. Never saw the need where I live.
But, since I have it, I thought I might as well try it out...I mean, I paid for it, might as well use it, right? .
Wednesday was a wonderful day. At noon it was 84, lots of sunshine. I actually enjoyed driving with the sunroof open.
I had to run some errands, and stopped at the chiropractor about 14:00. I left my carry piece securely locked in the car as there is no secure storage at the Chiropractor's office. I left the windows up and the sunroof open about 8" for semi security and to keep the car from getting too hot while I was at the docs.
He wasn't as busy as I expected what with all the cars in the lot, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
I paid up, got back into the car, and left. All by myself in the car. No one but me. I know this because I had checked as part of my security scan that I do before entering a car that has been parked outside of my vision for any length of time at all....
I was driving down the road about a half mile from the doc's office when there was a dark colored bit of motion at the right edge of my peripheral vision.
As I looked in the rearview mirror to see what it was, something bounced off the inside of the sunroof glass of the car then there was a sharp pain on my right shoulder and something was hitting me in the ear...!.
I admit I swerved the car a bit (OK, a lot), and yelled out loudand maybe peed myself just a little bit before realizing that a bird had happened to enter the car through the sunroof while I was in the doc's office and had apparently been in the backseat footwell when I scanned the interior of the car before unlocking it....and had tried to exit through the same sunroof while I was driving down the road at about 40 mph and had bounced off the glass before falling onto my right shoulder.
I pulled over and let him out and let my heart rate go back to normal. Both of us were unharmed.
I am, however, rethinking this sunroof decision.

Glad I am not in Baltimore tonight
I expect ...Interesting happenings tonight.
Mobs are mindless, and they just plain don't care.
Plus the folks who will want "revenge" and will prove their inability to be in civilized society (and prove the KKK right, to be honest) when they express their unhappiness with the verdict.

Bleg:
Anyone have a suggestion for a decent ankle holster for a small .32 Automatic?
There are times when I simply can't carry in a belt/waistband holster and the pants I am wearing print too heavily with a pocket holster.
The only solution I can see is an ankle holster.
I usually wear cowboy boots, if that matters.
Your suggestions are appreciated, either in comments or via Email.

That'll fuck 'em.
Seems the Senate has done it.....
Senate passes bill allowing 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia
I think it'll be hard to prove that the House of Saud was complicit. And you will need to do that if you are going to go to trial.
Not that I believe they weren't complicit, mind you..... even if they didn't know the plan was to kill thousands. But I believe that someone knew that there was going to be an attack, even if not when.
But it WILL be hard to prove. You might find underlings that were, but that too will be hard to prove. The only real witnesses were flying the planes that day. And they ain't talking anymore.....

All else is, of course, heresy and should not be heard.
Portland, Oregon Public Schools board unanimously approved a resolution this week that bans textbooks and other teaching materials that deny climate change exists or cast doubt on whether humans are to blame.
I am surprised that they are't burning books yet.

Anything you can buy there you can find elsewhere
Their prices at Target aren't THAT good. There are other retailers.
I was on the fence regarding the Kerfluffle at Target regarding their stance on bathrooms. I figured that it was up to the people likely to be affected by their bathroom policies (not that I buy much there anyway).
Plus they don't like people like me anyway, because we are law abiding firearms owners and they have told me that I, and people like me aren't welcome.
I generally don't encourage boycotts. I tend to take a stance that you can make your own choices.
But THIS? Yeah, I have purchased my last item there. And I urge you to do the same. I am asking you to buy from anywhere else but Target stores. Don't buy your clothes, your food your toys, your electronics, your yard furniture, your furniture, your kitchen stuff...don't go to their Pharmacy (which is affiliated with CVS, I am told). CVS may well lose my business because of their association with Target. There are other pharmacies as well.
Just choose to go somewhere else...and encourage those you know to do the same.
Here is why:
Michael Turner Saved A Girl From Being Stabbed To Death, And Now Target Is Suing Him For It
There are two others being sued for the same actions, but I don't know their names.
Shop elsewhere. Tell Target why.

They saw these people as a joke.
So, other than an advancement of the liberal cause (which is why we should have walled Kalifornia off in the 80's) what has changed?
They are still a joke, but the liberals and Democrats (but I repeat myself) have given that small small minority a voice.
It is, however, becoming tiresome.

Yes, I am insensitive. I really don't care that much.

No surprises here:
A former Republican member of the 9/11 commission, breaking dramatically with the commission’s leaders, said Wednesday he believes there was clear evidence that Saudi government employees were part of a support network for the 9/11 hijackers
So why, exactly, did our Government hide this information all those years ago?

Couldn't handle it
So I lent the book Freehold, by Mad Mike Michael Williamson to my father...(if you haven't read it, you should)
He pointed out, after reading it, that few people in this country (and really most people on this earth) could handle a society like Mr. Williamson spins in his story.
Too much freedom would terrify most people from "western" countries today. Too much freedom also means too much responsibility. Too much freedom (and too few regulations) would make most of my countrymen hide under the bed and cry for mommy.....
I, and most of my close friends (and many of my readers), would love to be in a society like that. We would thrive (or fail happily) in a society where the responsibility is on the individual.
But we aren't most people.....

Indeed
I could get behind a law like this.
Especially since it is a violation of their oath. (I think they should, after a fair trial, be tossed off the roof (the highest point) of the Supreme Court Building....If they get up , they can walk away and they get another trial...

How do you say "Hell no!" in Italian?
Also "THe hell you say"
and
"You want me to do WHAT?"
and then "How much were you offering to pay me?
And then, once you have had time to think about it....
"Fuck no".

Balls.
So an Irishman from the old country goes to a pub one afternoon..
Spends a significant amount of time at the bar. Beer after Beer, Irish Whiskey after Shot of Whiskey.
Soon, he had dinner.
Then later that evening, after standing at the bar quaffing beer and tossing down shot after shot for hours, he toddles off the the bathroom.
Suddenly, the rest of the bars patrons heard a bloodcurlding scream from the direction of the Jakes...
Then, a few minutes later, another.
They all looked at each other...
Then, another horrible scream.
The Bartender called another patron, William the Large by nickname, to come with him, "I've got to check this out"...."it is, after all, my pub" he said.
Each carrying a club, they moved towards the bathroom. as they approached the mens, they heard yet again a terrible, heart rending, soul curdling scream. Eyes wide, they moved even more cautiously to the door....
Carefully, the bartender opened the door with his billyclub, looking in. William close behind him, club at the ready....
They saw the Irishman, sitting down, white faced, sweat on his forehead, pants around his ankles....He was leaned back against the wall, eyes closed.
"Are you alright, lad?" the Bartender said. "We heard ya screamin"...
"D'ya need a doctor?" asked William.
"No, I think I'm alright" said the Irishman "but every time I pull the handle to flush, something grabs me balls. I'm afraid to get up".
"Ye daft fool, that's not the toilet, that's the mop bucket...."

So all those pundits
That complain that the GOP voters were fooled by Trump and believed that he is a Conservative when he really isn't (I don't think he is)
All those folks fail to realize that NEITHER WAS Cruz!
The sad part is that the GOP failed to support the real conservative candidates that looked at running (but were either discouraged or saw the handwriting and chose to not bother), and instead found and supported candidates that were so repulsive to the majority of voters that Donald fucking Trump looked good by comparison.
Until the GOP changes (or at least changes leadership).....Until the Michael Steeles and Reince Priebuses are gone from the GOP leadership, they will never have a real Republican candidate....Until they stop running "compromise" candidates and supporting RINO's and do their best to discourage the folks like the Tea Party and start withholding support for fake conservatives..... there will be no wins for the Republican Party.
I find it sad that Trump beat the best the GOP could choose.
The sad part is that it could cost the GOP the Senate and possibly the House.
And with a Supreme Court seat up for appointment, that could be bad for our country.

The American only Mexican holiday
Cinco de Mayo.
A date celebrating the victory of the Mexican Army over the French Army at the Battle of Puebla.
It is, oddly enough, not a holiday that is celebrated in Mexico.....only by "Mexicans" in the United States. (Wikipedia link)
Odd that. Real Mexican's don't bother...
You'll likely hear shit from La Raza types about the "Reconquista" and such on 5/5...
But don't let anyone tell you it is a Mexican holiday, or a Mexican celebration. It isn't. It is an American "Mexican" holiday.

I would bet that Reince Preibus (Reinhold Richard "Reince" Priebus) has had a sleepless night.
with all the polling he has access to, Cruz's decision likely wasn't a surprise, but still....
Perhaps after this the RNC will find a decent leader.

Cruz
Drops out.
Not sure that I like the idea of a Trump prezident, but he is the best of a series of bad options.
If only the GOP had supported a winner instead of the crop of losers they offered us.
Now I gotta wonder what they are gonna do at the convention?

Via Wirecutter we get this article:
Small acts of Cowardice are Destroying our Culture.
And yes, he's right. I stand up sometimes, but often because the chance of retribution seems to not be worth the win, I just shut up.
Lots of time I am the only voice in the room. No support.
So I just shut up too.
I plead guilty.
How about you?

You never heard
That the GOP Led Congress REPEALED OBAMACARE and Barry O vetoed the bill.
Not from the MSM did you hear anything.
BUT WHY DO YOU NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE GOP? why don't you hear the Republican Congressmen telling everyone that they at least tried?
Because, basically, the GOP doesn't want to bother repealing that turd anymore.
And they wonder why I won't support 'em at all....

So I signed up of a Dicks Sporting Goods points card (the first time I had been in a Dick's in over 10 years, after I had been treated badly by the local store and the corporate management). Gotta give 'em an email in order to validate the points account.
Was treated well on my return trip, and they (might ) have had a new customer....
But then I got 34 advertising emails in one week. 34. They have had my email for 8 days.
Seeya.
