Given the current population of the area, and the un-preparedness of virtually all the public, very bad. FEMA and the states don't have the ability to deal effectively with a catastrophe on this scale. I wouldn't be suprised at deaths in the 7 figures, with injured in the 8 figures. I've been to Reelfoot Lake. It's hard to imagine that much damage in a few minutes.
