Winning

Seems that the majority (or at least enough) of the vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors at the Eastern Sports and Outdoors Show have pulled out that the organizer, Reed Exhibitions, has cancelled ("postponed") the show.

While I feel for the other vendors, and the folks who would have been paid to work the show, I think this an excellent thing. An excellent demonstration of the marketplace in action. And an excellent demonstration of solidarity which our legislators would do well to heed. Enough support for the Second Amendment  that a MAJOR sports show had to be cancelled.

Reeds really stuck their foot in a large pile of excrement here. And, sadly, they likely don't even realize why or how.

I am impressed so many companies took the high road and stuck to what's right instead of what is profitable. Unfortunately, reading Reed's postponement, it sounds like they still don't see anything wrong with what they did.
