THis whole budget thing, the more I feel that the country as a whole would have been better off had we actually gone over the "Fiscal Cliff".
While we would have had the tax increases, we would have at least gotten the spending cuts as well.
As it is, we got screwed.

We went over the fiscal cliff about 40 years ago.
We are merely waiting for impact. As the speed has been gathering for all this time...it will likely leave a mark.
