My bet
is that Obama punts on Gun Control until he has the opportunity to "refresh" the Supreme Court with the proper level of liberalism.
I have been predicting this gun control will go almost nowhere as things sit right now but with either a Dem Congress and Senate or a Supreme Court shake up then like you say, watch out.
