That is a great one! Kudos to them for coming up with that design!!!
Love it! I've lived in my last placde with a Homeoweners Assn. In one, I got in trouble for painting my door a different color than when I bought it (it was neutral color). In the other, the neighbors parked a huge boat on the lawn totally blocking my dining room window for months and the Assn, didn't make them move it because it was the local football coach, and by gosh, we don't mess with our high school football folks. I was happy to move out of both places and get further out.
