Doesn't Ryan tell Biden to Shut the Hell up and wait his turn?
Exactly what I was thinking. Can't say the moderator was doing her job at all. In fact, a few times he interupted, she turned it over to him. Wasn't too impressed with Joe's faces and childish behavior either. But, that's Joe.
