Hope it is as it appears:

Judge declares mistrial in Bundy case. 

I'm not sure they are innocent, but the .GOV sure screwed this one up by the numbers....both in the handling of the issue and the trial itself.


ETA: It is, apparently, true.

Of course, the FedGov drones get to try again in February. So it ain't over yet.
