Think about it. You attempt armed robbery. You knock one person at the store unconscious.
The other person shoots at you in self defense.
You shoot back, and kill the second person.
Then you claim self defense?
The attorneys who are representing the robber should be beaten and run out of town on a rail. Maybe ta and feathers....

I dunno. This still ain't right.
I guess that is why many people leave no speaking witnesses....
