I'm sorry, it sounded like you said "Twenty-Nine Million Dollars"....
If my history major math is correct that is more than 3million per victim. WTH? Davy Crockett voted against sending money to a soldiers widow because he did not think using taxpayer money in that manner set a good precedent. There is something in between.
