Interesting.....
I cannot vouch for the veracity, but if true......
It's a Photoshop that has been around for a while. Supposedly the IDs were a lot different in the years Barry attended - this style came several years after he had moved on. Supposedly that is a fairly accurate depiction of an ID - just that it's a lot newer than it should be.
