So does this mean they are gonna hire some white people?

'cause despite what is reported, I find most minorities overrepresented at federal office around here.....

But the Won says we need to diversify our federal employees....

I don't know where they are getting their percentages from. The ones I have seen published were putting racial percentages for employment as high as +300% in the department of social services and courts down to +45% in Nasa (The lowest). As for the closing statement of it being easier for a White felon than a never convicted Blackman I doubt that statement holds true for government jobs.

It would be hard to figure how we could be more diversified. Some degree of commonality (with a touch of competence) might actually help get the job done. But I suppose "competence" has a range of diversity that must be respected and honored as well...(maybe that that fits under ADA)
