Are TSA agents considered Law Enforcement? If so....

Do they take an Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution?

If so, how can all the kerfuffle be happening??????

    I went through a while back in the lane for folks like me. The TSA person had an issue with that. He looked at my badge and boasted. "I have a badge".

    What went through my mind was "yes, that's so people don't mistake you for a food court worker", but I like my job so I kept quiet.


    We'll talk about this under the cone of silence one of these times.

    THis explains why the 4th doesn't exist in airports.

    And the implications of such a force of people is......frightening
