The Governor of Illinois got all squirmy when asked at a press conference as to whether he could make it illegal to be outside or even to drive.
And roads and interstates will still be open.
So it's not a "Lockdown" lockdown....

I really, really am curious about all the mass transit still being open in most places. You'd think since I can't go out to a bar or food joint due to collection of too many folks that mass transit would be shuttered.
